Riskex Pty Ltd is staffed by experienced, tertiary qualified risk management professionals. We are a professional consulting firm offering personalised and specialised property and liability risk management products and services to the insurance industry, legal fraternity and their clients. Our consultants have worked in all facets of risk management, as Facilities Managers, Risk Managers, Consultants, Investigators, Expert Witnesses and  Underwriters.

The quality clients to whom we are targeting our services, realise that managing risks involves protecting employees, customers, property and the business overall. Your average Safety Consultant or Underwriting Surveyor may not understand the additional complexities of public safety, incident prevention, loss control and claims mitigation. Our services in this area include:

Insurance Surveys & Policy Renewal Reports

Your insurance premiums are determined by a number a factors. Usually, until information to the contrary is available, your premium will be determined based on perceived or inherent industry risk factors. Yours previous claims history may also be considered. Generally, good risks subsidise the poor risks.

Underwriters can be more willing to give better terms when they can see that effective loss prevention and mitigation strategies have been implemented and plans are in place for continual improvement.

Our independent survey reports provide the information required by Brokers to market your account or renew your policy and for Underwriters to accurately and fairly price it.

Our reports contain not only the necessary underwriting information but also prioritised recommendations for risk improvement.  Many insurance survey reports cover only the physical aspects of the risk. We believe that just as important, if not more important, is the attitude and quality of the Site Management Team. So we report on that as well.
