Hi, Unsure of where to post to, but I was hoping that someone could offer some assistance. The Work Health & Safety regulation 2011 in relation to noise says that we need to undertake audiometric testing for a worker … if the worker is required to FREQUENCLY use PPE. How do they define frequent? The code of conduct does not offer more specific in relation to Frequency. By using PPE we reduce our noise levels down below excessive for the 8 hours calculations, however as they do use PPE, how do we know if we are required to have all staff undertake audiometric testing.
Anyone help please?

Dave,

I was looking for an inter-active graphic that demonstrates the relalationships between probability, exposure and consequence and found your risk calculator perfect for application! Many thanks, will let my colleagues know about Riskex.

Katie October 9, 2011 at 6:16 PM

I’m looking for information on safety incidents in office enviroments. Not major loss of life, limb or data types. There are many smaller/minor incidents happening everyday in offices which go unreported to authorities. Has anyone come accross data of this nature?

john paproth September 29, 2011 at 11:14 PM

been using your templates and checklists for my cert iv ohs has been very handy thankyou now if only i could get you all to do my last three units that would be excellent :)

thanks john

Hi,
I’m new here, is there any possibility that i can have that free Safety Program Package

Michael Lawrence July 25, 2011 at 9:03 AM

My thanks to everyone that has emailed me to receive the free Safety Program Package! To date I have given away nearly 700 of these packages to people all over the world! This offer is still open, but I am planning to replace this offer in the near future with a new offer. Still not sure what it will be or when, but I assure you it will be something valuable to most safety professionals. Please keep checking the SafetyRisk website and my website at http://www.safetyprogramnow.com for updates on this next offer.

Thanks again to each of you that has contacted me for the Safety Program Package. I am happy to be of service and plan to offer many more useful and free resources to my safety professional friends everywhere.

Riskex July 24, 2011 at 3:41 PM

Hi john
You could try a search in the search box for safety action plan or risk register. Thats all i can think of but ill have a look elsewhere for you

john paproth July 24, 2011 at 12:31 PM

Hi I need to draw up an action plan for implementing risks controls. I have a plan that is used for my place of work but i would like to see other versions so i can draw from them to make a document of my choice. is there any action plans here. I see risk assessment templates but not cation plans, i am new at this so a little green.

thanks john.

Ahwen,Ishima July 11, 2011 at 6:33 PM

Dear Administrator,
I happen to be one of the beneficiaries of the free safety Doc Offer and I must confess that they have saved me a lot of distress in trying to boost safety culture in my plant site in Nigeria. I wil however request to have materials on Gas leak management procedures from you if it is possible.
Thank you so kindly,
Ahwen

Mymuse June 28, 2011 at 4:27 PM

This is just such a great site resources website. It’s easy to get around and please accept my thanks for all the resources that we can download. I’ve already got two people joined up and they think it’s fantastic as well.
Keep up the great work.

Mike Perry June 28, 2011 at 2:00 AM

This package has one of the best colections I have ever seen and be brought independently of the main package as well

Riskex June 23, 2011 at 8:30 PM

Thanks mate – that is the most enthusiastic feedback we’ve had for a while!

mickfyfe June 23, 2011 at 8:13 PM

For free are you serious … this stuff is electronic gold …. it’s not an exact answer for every single problem, and never will be! But if you can’t get what you need here and work with it, then get out of the safety business!

thian May 24, 2011 at 7:19 PM

Does anyone have an idea of the size of the HSE training market in the Middle East?

Riskex May 3, 2011 at 10:17 AM

Anything specific? Not really my forte but I’ll create a FORUM topic and someone else may be able to assist – keep an eye on it
