    Good morining one and all,

I was hoping that one of you professionals can be of assistance to me. I am completeing studies in OHS {currenty unemployed} and up to the Implementation OF Emergency Strategies. I have developed the monitoring and evaluation strategy, but now need to develop the tools.

I was hoping that instead of re-inventing the wheel, that someone would be in a position to guide/point me in the direction where I can obtain a variety of tools that I can modify to suit my needs.

    Thanking you in advance

or you could buy one here: http://www.safetyculture.com.au/work-method-statements/Sandblasting.php

which ever way you go, you HAVE to assess your own risks and modify accordingly

Hi AJ – thanks for your comments :-)

Have you had a look here: http://www.safetyrisk.com.au/risk-assessment-form-templates/

I would just get a group of people together and brainstorm all your potential risks, then list the outcomes, the rating, the current controls and what additional controls you need to implement with a new rating once acheived

I see a policy as different to a H&S Plan. Policy is your intent asn teh plan is how you achive it. Once you identify all your risks then the plan should prioritise and address their controls.

    Hi

Im trying to find a generic risk assessment template for a construction & building company. I need to do a company risk assessment to determine the company’s risk profile based on the tasks it performs. The company does not have any SMS’s in place and this will be the starting point from which I want to setup and implement it’s SMS. Also, just a stupid question im sure, but would I be right to say that once the risk profile has been determined, the next step would be to put together a H&S plan (or policy as it’s sometimes referred to)?

Thanks for the site by the way… brilliant info on here… it’s already on my favourites list :) Thanks for the time taken to make all of it available!! Keep up the great work!

    Hi,

I’m looking for a simple 5 point pre-start checklist that I can provide to people working in the retail industry.

Specifically I’m looking for something aimed at clothing merchandisers setting out displays in other peoples stores, but anything at all in the clothing retail sector would be a big help.
